1. Booking and Payment

– You can book an appointment by contacting us directly through Instagram or our website support chat.

– Payment for our products is based on our pricing, which you can find on our website. We accept All Major cards and Apple Pay.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

– You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free by giving us 5 days’ notice. Anything after will result in a loss of deposit.

– All sales are FINAL, but any refunds or exchanges are at my discretion.

3. Hair Extensions

– Our hair is of high quality, but if you wish for hair in your possession to be altered by us, please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the hair.

– Proper care and maintenance are essential, and we provide instructions. We’re not responsible for damage due to improper care after you have received the hair

4. Liability and Disclaimers

– We’re not responsible for any damages that result from using our services or products.

– We don’t make any specific promises about our services or products.
